Item Number: 1:   Be sure to check the list for your charity or group of charities you wish to spread your donation. If it is not on the list I will give no credit for the donation and you will still owe some approved charity for the money paid to the unapproved charity. Nothing is final until it is on the list on this page. No other page counts. The list might have changed since you last checked but be assured that I will have ant rejected charities on your Invoice for your convienience.

Item Number: 2:   All invoices for time (any time such as travel, design, reports, meetings etc) should be paid by a donation to a charity on my list. Any expense incurred on the job such as meetings, conferences and all requested times the expenses will be invoiced separate from the time (time and expenses are separate invoices) as they are your responsibility but have been paid out of Crossfires' account and should be paid to Crossfire.

Item Number: 3:   All Entities must upon making the donation receive a receipt signed by a person authorized to insure receipts for the charity(s) you have donated to.This receipt should have all the tax information required and the Time Invoice Number on it. Neither my name or Crossfire's should appear on the receipt. All the receipt should contain as required is the Invoice number, date paid, amount donated and name, address and phone number of the charity receiving the donation. The name on the receipt is up to you. Anyone can be the donor: Donald Duck, Yosemite Sam or your own. When I receive the receipt I will issue you a receipt for the engineering Invoice and it will be marked paid on the date of the receipt. The donation is not and should not be reported a a charitable deduction but the receipt I send is you record that you paid for my consulting time and other time authorized by the contract.

Item Number: 4:   I prefer to remain nameless in all donations as I want no thank yous or other such things that might put me on an fishing list..

Item Number: 5:   The charity receiving the donation will be allowed to see the website if they want to know why Popeye the sailor is donating money to them or why you need a receipt quickly but that is the only identification allowed. I want their receipt to clear your invoice for time. For your convenience even though the invoices will be issued every week payment may be made for a month at a time.

Item Number: 6:   If you have a charity you feel will meet my requirements submit it with its address, pone number and how you know it is a worthy case. If I reject it the rejection is final and I will not discuss the reasons I did not like it unless I found something about it that you should know for your financial protection. It takes about a week to investigate a charity unless I know them by having just investigated them for another person. But we are not an investigative serviced or a CHARITY RATING SERVICE so we will tell nothing about what we found unless we are compelled to prevent a crime.

Item Number: 7:   These are times of trouble the founders talked about and warned us of. The Vandals have returned and it is not to the Rome in Italy it is here in the New Rome managed by people we elected. They were to protect the cities but instead have encouraged the looters and destroyers that have like the Founders said would be no foreign invader they would come from within. They did not sent the police to protect the citizens they said do not provoke the invaders but Comdr and protect me. I wonder if they can watch the carnage on the nightly news or do they sit there and cheer when another black life did not matter and the death rate went higher all to dislodge a President who only crime in their eyes was his doing what he promised to do if he was elected. And this one thing so scared the city's' political alignment he has to be eliminated no matter the cost in black lives to have something to talk about since the Russian collusion scam was thrown into the dust bin of yesterday's propaganda. With all this stand down orders, refunding and our police and sheriff departments on the drawing board to be disarmed and turned into a community social team they need a little sign that America still wants and needs them.

Item Number: 8:   In these times it would be nice if when you see First Responders (Military, Law Enforcement, Firefighters and Nurses) in a public establishment to show your appreciation for what they did in a non-intrusive manner. Consider the my method of showing you appreciate what they do or will do for your or your family's life by having your server or the manager put some percent of their bill on your bill anonymously. I strongly suggest it be ANONYMOUSLY to be sure it will not be refused because because of thoughts of bribery or obligation to a stranger. I, being from NYC, would question a gift from a stranger. Anonymous is the best least intrusive way. Any amount is fine. Or, consider sending a coffee and pie (and if a little ice cream fell on that pie it wouldn't hurt.)
 
Why do it? Because it will make you day if you see their reaction when the find out what someone did something nice for them and it sure will make their day better. With the Meshugenah Vandals of 2020 running in the streets of the New Roman Cities protected from harm unlike the our patriots of '76 who were hunted and hung if caught or if the war was lost be fugitives the rest of their lives. A morale boost would be refreshing for us all.
