The story of the change all started in 2016. The reasons I did it were easy when I did them to explain then but now after four and one half years is is hard to remember what was driving the change.
REASON ℟ 1: DROPPING THE CORPORATION
In mid 2016 is easy to remember: I was filing on line CT Corporate Tax Returns for ease up to somewhere around 2008 or so when they changes the program using language that only an accountant could understand and made filing on line mandatory. We were all settled in in Arizona by then and I went on line and found a 2013 tax form for corporations like the ones I always used. I submitted it in handwritten form with a note stating that I do not understand the new tax form and cannot fill it out. I paid their ridiculous $250 minimum corporate tax a tax that for the first three years of starting out as a corporation was difficult to pay so I had to take it out of my pocket and know I would never see a credit as a deduction. The thing about a minimum tax is it makes the small corporations suffer during the startup and the established small corporation does not even know it is there with the corporate income tax in the 10 to 15 grand range. So what does the 250 BUCK CONN. min tax accomplish? IT IS A WAY THE PEOPLES REPRESENTATIVES CAN SHOW THE PUBLIC SCHOOL EDUCATED KIDS THE STATE IS ON THEIR SIDE MAKING SURE EVERY CORPORATRION PAYS A FAIR SHARE. SO A BIGIE CORPORATION CAN MAKES A PROPHET OF ZERO AND HAS TO PAY @250 FOR A GROSS BUSINESS OF 2 BIZILLION A YEAR REALLY DOES NOT FEEL THE EFFECT OF THE 250 TOKEN TAX AND CERTAINLY DOES NOT FIGURE INTO THEIR BONUS PLAN FOR THE EXECUTIVES. THIS IS LIKE AT A FRIENDS HOUSE WE WERE SHOOTING SODA AD BEER BOPTTLES INPLACE WHERE IT WAS EASY TO CLEAN UP THE ROKE N GLAS WHEN HE SAID HAY THERE IS A 10$CENT; RETURN ON THESE BOTTLES WE ARE BREAKING. I SAID YES BUT THE CARTRIDGES WE ARE USING ARE TWO BUCKS EACH. WHAT IS ANOTHER 10 ¢ HE NEVER BROUGHT THE SUBJECT UP AGAIN AND ASKED HIS SON TO GET MORE BOTTLES FROM THE HOUSE. A UNEDUCATED IT IS IT WAS LESS THAN A MONTH I GOT A LETTER THAT I HAD NOT FILED USING THE MANDATED ONLINE FORM AND WOULD BE FINED NEXT YEAR FOR NOT USING IT IF I DID. THIS BATTLE WENT ON UNTIL I DECIDED TO NOT BE A CORPORATION ANYMORE AS I WAS NOT TAKING IN ANY WORK THAT I NEEDED TO BE SHIELDED from liability. The next year I had not gotten around to dissolving the corporation yet so I went online and tried to fill out the form but it told me for a loss for the tax year I owed somewhere around seven grand. I went on line again and found the mail in form that was for emergencies only filled it out and sent it in with the min tax check. The really told me off but I said it was an emergency as I could not understand the word on the electronic form they put in and they would have to do it for me. The old electronic form was based on the IRS 1120 for C corps form and was easy to follow while the new one was for accountants not engineers. any way they were very upset but it was on a form they published for emergencies and I was claiming one. The last year finally came and the corporation was closed along with its Checking Account and al inventory was listed and disposed of. I filled out the tax form for the previous year and the next year but when trying to contact the tax people with the close of the corporation I was shut out of the system. I sent in the two hand written forms the 2015 form was on line and the 2016 was not on line yet but I wanted to pay with a corporate check before I took the final balance of the account and closed it out. I mailed it in two checks and two tax forms one was a 2015that were still online but the 2016 form would not be online till 2017 so I marked out 2016 on a FORM wrote over it 2017. All I heard from them after that was in 2017 they wanted to know why I did not file my 2016 tax form and there was interest due on my late payment. I sent them a copy of the canceled check for the 2016 tac return and never heard from them again.

RIGHT NOW IN THE UNITED STATES YOU CAN NOT FIND A STORE FOUND WHERE YOU CAN BE BLINDFOLDED AND REACH UP INTO THE STORE SHELVS AND PICK AN ITEM AND GO TO THE CHECKOUT TAKE OFF YOUR BLINDFOLD ONLY TO FINE THA OVER 50% OF THE TIME YOU HAVE PICKED UP AN ITEM THAT HAS MADE IN CHINA ON ITFF THE SHELVES IN THE STORE THAT HAVE MADE BY BUYING THIS MADE IN cHINA STUFF. SOON EVERY DODAD YOU BUY WILL HAVE MADE IN CHINA OR MADE IN INDIA, BAGLADESCH OR SOME OTHER LEFT OUT THIRD WORLD HOLE OF POVERTY AND VERY CHEAP CHILD OR WORSE PRISON LABOR. EVER THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE DOING WHEN YOU BUY MADE IN cHINA ITEMS BESIDES YOU HAVE SAVED A LOT OF MONEY. IN BUYING THINGS MADE IN COUNTRIES OTHER THAN cHINA YOU ARE POSSIBLY SAVING A CHILD OR FAMILY FOR STARVATION BUT NOT IN cHINA. bUYING cHINESE PRODUCTS YOU ARE SOUPORRTING A cOMMUNIST SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT WHICH AS WITH PLAIN OLD SOCIALISM IS JUST ANOTHER PONZI SCHEME THAT HAS COLLAPSED AND IS NOW SUPPORTING IT TO PEOPLE WITH SLAVE LABOR AND SELLLING BODY PARTS OF PRISONERS.
The first reason to drop the corporation was a liottle anoyance over the policies of the State of Connecticut when they enacted a rule that Corporations had to file on line. But the Lord works in very strange ways and he chose me to be house broken slowly under the school teachers hand for 34 years. It is hard to look back and realize how wild I was back then. My main sport was blackberry brandy, beer and very modified Norton Ranger motorcycle. It was running 12:1 compression, ligh lift cams straight pipes, ape hangers and a back rest that was 6 feet tall. It was close to neebing alcohol and nitro to , modified intake manifold using one modified carb. instead of two carbs, with the octain boosters and Sonoco expensive stuff I got to go very fast. The only thing I had trouble was it would not stay on the ground over 135 mpx Friend told me it was my big rear end acting like an airfoil and that big bump was causig too much lift. It was about a year later when I reentered the Church and being a rebel was good training for what I had to fight against in the church where those who yelled the loudest were accomodated the most. I remember in my fighting with the DRE over prayer in the class room instead of the social behavior lessons in the text book she selected for the class. She had many of the parishoners to her way of thinking demanding women priests, more that one baptism etc. I had no idea what made her in my mind make a list of the doctrine set into the Niescwemne crede and try to teach from my imagionary list. In reality she was just a radicle nun caught up in the 1960's protest thing and we fought for about four years and I thought why keep making enemies fighting an old chrone that is as strong willed as I was and left. Well the kids that were in my classses and CYO group were not leaving my class the were taken by parentrs til they could drive to our hjouse for lessons not aspproved by the DRE I could not talk with out her turning red and making remarks about my qualifications to teach but I always had my wife a licneced school teacher with me and the kids and that trumped her religious credentials with a state set of papers. Those with the most degrees are not always the smartest. My G&C group of PhD's I worked with could answer any question I asked with the simplest answer that even a grade school student could understand. I had that in the last three years of Uiversity and could score very high on the tests with never buying a book or doing the homework assignments. I found that the crew of PhDs in G&C had the same habits. prep for a exam wasa have a few bweers and get a good nights rest and review notes just before an exam would guarantee an A+. She was so happy I left the parish until she realized the entire group attendig the church was now arttending the classes of prayer we had a t our huse and none were attending her programs. The older kids in my instruction classes and she fought me on everyting I was doing finally geting rid of me I officially the parents would drive the kids over to my house where we would have discussions on whatever was on their mind. Later they would come over when the could drive and in the summers they would stay late at night bringing friends to hear discussions on the proper way to eat a carrot and other nonsense like playing games called pig and gossop in the back yard around a camp fire. All directed in showing howd to live a Catholic Life and have fun with their friends. The high school activities had degenerated into such a mess the police would not respond to the activities inside the schools due to fear from the school administration saying they were in authority and the polie were not to handle the stuff we saw when we chaperoined these events. In my time in the high schools math and science programs as a semi-substitute teacher ( semi because I was requested by a teacher friend to take over his class while he was recovering form a kidney transplant operation for the spring symester) I was very suprised to see the way the other teachers operated sitting withe them at lunch. It was so bad that I thought the conversatiopn would have them hung if it was brought up in a court trial. I left the teachers table and went out to my car and ate lunch there. I was aso supprised to seee the numer of teachers eating in there cars for what I assume was the same reason I did not sit at the teachers table with my neighbors ever again. Looking back some fifty years to that time I realize shje could have easily fit into the pattern of one of the Uncle Joes agents infultrating the Church's education system to try and bring down the Church. By the 1960's I think most of the avents had already done their jobs and had trained the next generation and were a dieing group of agents.

When they are actually seen in public it is a scheduled event every four or six years to bribe voters with worthless promises of giving them more of other peoples money. But they swent too far this time. They have rouined an economy that all groups of people except them were hoppeful about in the last couple of decades. We all saw the faces of our government as some of the job figures showing highest numbers of many of our people trapped in the poverty that they wanted as all good socialist knows. When you control a persons sustinance you control them. Now the fruit of their pandemic scheme and press accoomplises comes to light as they releaser anarchist leaders into the streets to destroy the cities of this Nation. Again hard pressed into the poverty model designerd by thwe eugenisists of the first half of the last century. Betraid by the people that promised them relied and never mentioned it again until reelection time rolls around again. The cry of the poor is heard by God and the retribution may be comming soon.
The constant betrayal of the poor with unfulfilled promises of these petty self created gods did not work in 2016. The promises always worked in the past but somehow a tough NYC business man had them scared and they have been trying to destroy him while they still have some power. But these gods must go for improvement to start. Starting with stoping our support of hostile enemies. Starting with China but they wilol object and call those trying to improve the lives of the poor with racest charges. They were the party of the KKK. They are the ones that burnj out your cities. You are the ones they drive into the highrise gang run highrises and criticize the poplice for being too what ever fits the day. So our nation must suffer because they are scared of loosing power over us so they do any evil deed that a warped by power mind can think of. And we all see what they are doing but some say they are voting the way their parents and grandparents did and what does that do except spare them the trouble of opening their eyes to what today is happening in our country. We will need a lot more than a “New Deal” to save us this time if either of their Party top runners is elected.
